Meet the team
The Founder
Kayla Parker, 24 years old. Graduated from a BSc honours in Environmental Science. I’ve grown up on a game farm, surrounded by wildlife making it a big part of my life. Having experienced first hand the devastating affects of rhino poaching, I am driven to raise awareness about the severity of this situation. I founded Kenya to Kruger Cycle Tour because I feel that this is just one small way I can contribute.

The Teammate
Christophe Adam, 25 years old. I was born and bred in Mauritius. Having had the opportunity as a child to frequently visit South Africa and Zimbabwe, I grew a passion for wild life and nature conservation. From the years I experienced studying at Rhodes University and an avid bush lover, I believe education is key. That is why I’m cycling from Kenya to Kruger to help raise awareness and fight for our rhinos.
The Support
Kathryn Parker who has committed to seconding the cyclists. Kathryn, Tim's wife, has lived in Hoedspruit for 26 years where she’s been a part of the struggle we face trying to protect wildlife. We look forward to having you on our support team!

Tim Parker has been working in conservation for the past 33 years. He runs his own Wildlife Management business in Hoedspruit, Limpopo Province. He is dedicated to the safeguarding of rhino in Southern Africa and has been a member of the Game Rangers Association of Africa since 1990. Tim heads up and trains his own Anti Poaching Unit. His work and dedication to protecting wildlife and fighting for the rhinos is what inspired our journey.

The Peloton
Pippa Moolman, a fellow Hoedspruitian who has been family friends with the Parkers for many years. She’s a keen cyclist and horse-rider. Pips is down-to-earth, outgoing and an adventure lover. She is one tough lady and is ready to tackle any challenge thrown her way. Pips will joining us from Kenya to Arusha, cycling a total of 370 km of the K2K cycle tour and will meet again in Hoedspruit to complete the K2C.
