Our purpose
Tim Parker, Kayla's dad is a passionate nature conservationist who has dedicated 30 years of his life to protecting our environment and fighting for our rhinos.
He has his own anti-poaching unit in Hoedspruit, South Africa where Kayla has grown up, experiencing first-hand the devastating consequences of animal poaching. Having studied Environmental Science, Kayla learned that the first step to making a difference is by collaborating human beings with the environment, and this can be done through education.
This laid the foundation to Kenya2Kruger Cycle Tour 2019. The K2K team will cycle from Kenya to Kruger and visit schools along the way and do Rhino art lessons in support of creating rhino poaching awareness.
"Nelson Mandela once said, “education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. Without education, we will lose the war we fighting to save our wildlife.
