Now in a very cosy comfortable place where we have made ourselves at home, we decided to stay another day. This gave us time to fix our first flat tyre (on the trailer) which the guys around the Hut of Wine and Cheese took control of. The Tanzanians are the most hospitable, kindest people, they are always so willing to help and go out of their way to help you, the kindness we have been shown so far has been incredible. We set off to explore the city in hope of finding some food we can cook to last us the next couple of days. There are only millions of tiny mini-supermarkets, like as in the size of a shoe box filled with everything that we dont need...like biscuits and washing powder. The mini supermarkets dont sell meat, you have to go to a butcher which then has a cow carcus hanging in the window and whole chickens. We'll stick to pasta and tamato sauce for now...

Mom is feeling a bit fluey so we spent the rest of the day relaxing, enjoying our day off in our cute little cottage garden. We did some washing and prepared a meal that we can keep for two days.

Beautiful garden at our accommodation
